Lead Developer - Delhi, India

Primary Focus:

• Analysis and Design of Software Applications and Systems·
• High-level Development and Implementation of Software Solutions.
• Problem solving, Troubleshooting and leading other development team members in India office.
• Coordinating between Onsite & Offshore (USA) Team.
• Monitoring and reporting ongoing development / delivery / maintenance and production support activities.
• Maintain standards for innovation, productivity, quality, measurement and control systems required by US business practices.

Qualifications:

• B.E / B. Tech / M.E / M.Tech (preferably in Computer Science / I.T) from premier institutes.
• 5 - 9 years experience in design, development and leading the team of at least 8+ members.
• Experience in design, development and implementation of solutions that employ leading edge technologies based on ASP, .NET, Visual Basic, COM/COM+, XML, XSL, HTML/DHTML, VBScript, JavaScript, and C/C++, and is comfortable with environments such as .NET, IIS, Visual Interdev, SQL Server, and Oracle.
• Specialized expertise in areas of Windows Web-enabled development environment and solid software development practices. Excellent understanding of how to design applications for optimal network performance.
• Strong problem resolving, judgment and decision making skills required. Highly refined software engineering process facilitation skills with areas of business/functional specialization. Strong mentoring, team building, and counseling skills on software engineering.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
