Software Engineer - Delhi, India

Primary Focus:

• Involved with software development involving Microsoft Technologies
• Will be responsible for the entire application involved with in a lead role
• Assisting team members via problem solving and trouble shooting complex software engineering problems
• Coordinating with the Onshore/Remote Teams working on latest technologies and application architectures

Qualifications:

• B.E / B. Tech / M.E / M.Tech (preferably in Computer Science / I.T)
• 2 - 4 years core experience in design, development and programming on Microsoft Windows Platform
• Should have hands on experience with ASP, VB, COM, SQL Server 2000, XML/XSL and .NET
• Excellent Understanding and Experience in design, development and implementation of solutions that employ leading edge Microsoft technologies
• Excellent Fundamentals, Thorough and Hands On understanding of
  1. .NET Framework
  2. ASP.net, VB.net and C#
  3. MS SQL 7.0 and 2000
  4. Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
  5. Web Services Standards and Technologies
  6. Programming on Windows Server
  7. Web Services Security and Related Standards
• Excellent understanding of how to design applications for optimal network performance
• Strong problem solving, judgement and decision making skills required. Highly refined software engineering process facilitation skills with areas of business/functional specialization. Strong mentoring and counseling skills on software engineering
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
