Software Test Lead - Delhi, India

Primary Focus:

• You will be responsible for helping to establish the test process and automation vision for a team and then leading a team through the design, implementation, execution of a software test plan with an emphasis on automated test methodologies. You will be an integral part of a larger product release team and be expected to work closely with other leaders on the team to deliver high quality products that align with the company's business strategies.

Qualifications:

• B.E / B. Tech / M.E / M.Tech (preferably in Computer Science / I.T) from premier institutes.
• 4+ years of leading a small group of engineers
• 5+ years developing test plans and test cases for both automated and manual testing
• 3+ years of Test automation or equivalent development experience using C++, C#, or VB.NET. Java development is a plus
• Working knowledge of operating systems, networking, and web technologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with various internal and external groups at multiple levels
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to both lead and direct. Taking personal ownership of assignments and using effective delegation to drive them to completion
